About MYFC 

MYFC is comprised of age mixed squads that cheer for Mason Youth Football.  No tryouts – all cheerleaders cheer; therefore, squads may be of differing abilities.  Practices and games are mandatory events.  The football season runs from August thru November with games being played on Saturday or Sunday.  MYFC activities take place on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season.

The purpose of MYFC is…

  • To develop, organize, and promote cheerleading activities for our youth participants.
  • To provide the opportunity for All participants to develop their skills and  talents.
  • To encourage good sportsmanship and a climate for enjoyment for players, parents, coaches, and referees.

Age Requirement:

Age Requirement 

  • Participant must be in the Second thru Sixth Grade for the 2010/2011 school year.
  • The sibling of a Mason Youth Football Player or Cheerleader who will be in the First grade for the 2010/2011 school year is eligible to be a Mascot for or with the sibling’s team/squad.
